Well Baked Box - Banana Bread Mix

Gluten-free, dairy-free, and naturally sweetened!

Banana bread is a true family classic, and one that is particularly hard to make gluten-free! We crafted the perfect recipe for soft and decadent banana bread without the use of refined sugars, milk, or gluten. This mix is rich in fiber and protein, full of flavour and the perfect consistency. 

Makes 1 loaf of banana bread (or 10-12 large muffins)

Ingredients:

Almond flour, tapioca flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, sea salt.

What you'll need:

• Mixing bowl, muffin cups and muffin tray for 12
• 3 bananas
• 3 eggs
• 1/4 cup melted coconut oil (or butter)
• 6 tbsp cup maple syrup
