Shipping & Returns


We use a triple check process to ensure accurate order fulfillment on all of our shipments. If you are unfortunate enough to discover a mistake or a damaged item in your order, please inform us right away by sending an email to or call 1-226-706-8844 so we can care for your needs ASAP.



Due to health and safety concerns some of our products cannot be returned. Products that cannot be returned are individual or opened single serve capsules, and any other opened, consumable products. Freshly ground whole beans are not returnable. Used machines and appliances are not returnable. If you have an issue with your machine or appliance, please email We can help troubleshoot your machine, and provide you with help using your new machine. In the case that the machine has a warranty concern, we can help you start a new warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Any items marked in the product description as “Final Sale” cannot be returned.


Coffee Stiles is confident you will be happy with your purchase(s). If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email to advise us that you are sending your product(s) and receive acknowledgement on the issue.

If you have purchased your items online and wish to return them by mail or one of our stores, you must do so within 30 days of your purchase and the product(s) must be in original packaging, unopened, and unused. You must also have your invoice/receipt for proof of purchase.


Damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of receiving your order. Please take pictures of the damages prior to opening any packages.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please email within 3 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges. Please make sure to reference your order number in all communication to us. In the rare cases that we cannot prevent the shipment, please see our Returns section on this page.


Many of our products are covered under individual manufacturer warranties. If a product you’ve purchased from us stops working due to a manufacturer defect, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to, and we will try to help you determine your warranty coverage.

Warranties do not apply to any glass or ceramic items or parts, or defect arising from the misuse of the product, negligence, lack of descaling, or failure to follow product instructions.
